Welcome to the FAQ regarding Homestuck Community 6/13 charity stream–a ~15.5 hour livestream taking place on June 13th starting at 9:00am EST benefiting Lambda Legal, a legal organization that has been fighting for LGBTQ+ rights since 1973! (All donations made to our Kofi page until the 20th June 2025 will go fully to Lambda.)

1. Why not 6/12?
To answer simply:
Because we’re all busy!
To answer less simply:
Almost everyone participating has something they need to tend to on 6/12! Lots of projects are involved in this stream, and while everyone has committed a lot of time and energy into contributing to and attending this stream, we still all have other projects going on! We also realized everyone else (like you!!) would also be super busy on 6/12, and we want to make sure we do this charity stream justice. By making the event on 6/13, we not only make sure we’re not stressing all of our own people out, but we’re ensuring YOU all are able to come watch and donate if you’d like to!
Time + Duration
The stream will start on June 13th, 2025, at 9:00am EST, and will run roughly 15 and a half hours until 12:30am EST on June 14th, 2025.

*Please be aware that if you watch after the livestream, you may no longer be able to purchase the items being sold to benefit the charity. You can, however, still donate to Lambda Legal through their website below!

Please note that during the 15 minute gap in between segments a prerecorded INTERMISSION video will play! This video will last most if not all of the intermission time.
WHY ARE THERE GAPS IN THE SCHEDULE?
In between each segment there is a roughly 15 minute intermission where a pre-recorded video will play in order to give the crew time to gather for the next segment, and so nobody is streaming for more than 4 hours without a break. Some members will be volunteering for multiple hours in a row, some the whole of the stream, and they need breaks too! During these breaks content of all types will be playing to keep you entertained and show off more hard work!

Lambda Legal is an American civil rights organization that has been fighting for the rights of the LGBTQ community as well as people living with HIV/AIDS, through societal education and legal work since 1973.With the current state of the US government and many of our participants being members of the LGBTQ themselves, we decided to put our platforms to use and raise money in support of our fellow community members.

We have a goal on stream that we wish to reach,
here is how you can help:Donating during stream
Your donation will show up on stream and count towards our goal! Lambda Legal will still receive 100% of the donations made through our donation page. You can also purchase charms and stickers. All proceeds will go to Lambda Legal.Donating after stream
After the stream, pre-orders for sticker and charms will be open for a week (until 20th June). If that’s still now, then go and get your stuff if you want any!! If that time period has passed, you can still donate to Lambda Legal through their website, always.

During the event you will be able to donate to Lambda Legal in multiple ways! The main way we will be raising money is through merch including charms and stickers. You can pre-order these items here.
Included in the price is the price of production, tax, and the donation tied to your purchase. After the production and tax is paid for, the remaining money is going straight to Lambda Legal to help continue to fight for LGBTQ+ rights!Shipping (Prices and International)

We are shipping internationally, but only to the following regions:

Because these items are pre-order, it will take some time to get to you. The stickers and charms will take roughly 2 weeks to arrive to us, then they need to be packed up and sent to you. Please be patient with us as we fulfill orders! Expect a wait time of roughly 3-4 weeks, more if your shipping is international. We cannot account for any customs processing time :(
